Wave Soldering System TS200
The TS 200 wave soldering system, a cost effective system with many benefits.
The TS 200 can be fabricated to nearly any required application size - whether for individual, simultaneous or surface soldering. The pump unit is identical for all soldering systems, and can be exchanged quickly. A replacement pump can therefore be installed during a cleaning interval within minutes, without causing a significant interruption to the production process. The wave insert is equipped with a bayonet lock and, just like the gas hood, can be removed in only a few simple steps. If needed, the pump system can be horizontally rotated by 90°. The continuously circulating solder and permanent nitrogen gas shield guarantee an oxide-free solder wave. Thanks to its slim configuration, the TS 200 can be operated with all commonly employed soldering angles.
