History

1975
Alfred Hirt begins making and selling dispensing valves and machinery in VS- Schwenningen.
1979
He makes these activities his full-time profession and expands the product line by custom and transfer machinery, as well as retrofit units in VS-Schwenningen.
1986
The company was transformed into a GmbH, and Alfred Hirt Apparatebau became AHAP.
Alfred Hirt was the sole General Manager. The focus now was on fabricating apparatus and custom machinery for spool soldering.
1991
The company headquarters were relocated from VS-Schwenningen to Niedereschach, into the buildings formerly occupied by Peter-Uhren.
1994
Joachim Hirt joins the Management Board as Co-General Manager.
2002
Joachim Hirt assumes control of AHAP and has been the sole General Manager since then
2005
The company founder, Alfred Hirt, dies
2007
The company headquarters are relocated within Niedereschach to their current location at Wilhelm-Jerger-Str. 22.
